We ship via all major parcel services, including DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx, GLS, and other reliable partners. Shipping takes place on weekdays, Monday through Friday. Your order is typically shipped within 24–48 hours of receiving payment.

Should we be attending a trade fair or event and this delay shipping, you will be informed immediately by email.
Shipping after payment is received
Shipping occurs after payment is received – depending on the chosen payment method. As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be shipped on the same or next business day.
Packaging costs included
Our shipping fees include all costs for packaging, filling material, shipping documents, as well as freight and postage costs.
Self-collection
Shipping costs are waived for self-collection or collection by your own courier. Please arrange an appointment in advance.

Within Europe:
Standard shipping: €4.90 for orders up to €50, free shipping for orders over €50.
Non-EU countries:
Standard shipping: €19.90 for orders under €50,
Shipping costs are €14.90 for orders over €50.
All prices include statutory VAT.
